Drainage tray HEAVY

The drainage trays of the HEAVY100 and HEAVY200 series are supplied complete with high-strength cast-iron slotted grilles and steel sides with hooks.
Depending on the design load, the cast-iron grilles of this system are divided into two classes: D and E.
Cast-iron grilles of strength class D400 are used for places with heavy automobile traffic. And in places of high density of traffic flow or periodic, but significant loads, cast-iron grilles of strength class E600 are used.

The HEAVY100 trays with the E600 load class can be installed in high-intensity industrial zones. Plastic trays are resistant to high and low temperatures, and are also not afraid of chemical reagents.

To increase the stability of the channel to high loads, special boards with hooks are included in the package. Cast-iron grilles are fastened with bolts. At the bottom and sides of the trays there are holes for connecting channels with sewer pipes.
