Polypropylene fiber

Polypropylene fiber – this fiber, which are added to concrete before casting. Fiber fibers are evenly distributed in the concrete/mortar mix, intertwine and create the effect of "microkeratome".

The basic properties of polypropylene fiber:

• takes shrinkage stress
• reducing the appearance of microcracks (over 95%)
• reinforcement of concrete
• reduction of moisture absorption (up to 40%)
• resistance to low temperatures
• increasing the strength of concrete in bending
• reducing damage to the corners, edges, and the surface

!!! Polypropylene fiber is added to the dry mix!

Dosage:

• concrete from 0.6 to 2.7 kg/1m3
• the foam from 0.15 to 0.3 kg/1m3
• screed or sand-cement mortar – 0.6 kg
